          Central Oregon Builders Exchange has been offering Central Oregon and the Northwest a premier plan room facility since 1979; serving the needs of our members at an affordable price.  We strive to offer             exemplary service while providing our members with information regarding commercial, industrial and public money projects in Central Oregon and throughout the Northwest.

Utilizing FastBid, Central Oregon Builders Exchange provides Internet access to our publications informing members of all the projects currently out for bid along with a scope of work, planholders and permits issued.  As soon as a project arrives and is entered in it will become available to the members.  No waiting for the newsletter to arrive by mail. 

FastBid allow members to view complete project documentation from a home or office computer.  The system offers a simple approach to the delivery of complete bid documentation via the internet, as images are viewed online without time-consuming downloading.  FastBid has built in measurement tools that make estimating a project right from your computer a snap.  FastBid allows you to print drawings, specifications, addenda and planholders directly from your computer.  You can print drawings on your plotter or large format printer at 100%, 50%, 25% or scale on 8 ½” by 11”.
