The following General Contractors are the forerunners of innovative construction practices. They are ever mindful of the costs of construction, expenses of their clients, and getting their documents to the most qualified subcontractors and suppliers they want to bid their projects. The listed General Contractors have contracted with Central Oregon Builders Exchange to handle their documents in an inexpensive and secure area on the Internet. The Central Oregon Buiders Exchange contracts to place projects on General Contractors’ websites, which you will not see on this website, or in any plan center, or published in any construction publication, per those Contractors’ wishes. The Central Oregon Builders Exchange membership site has projects out for bid, including public works projects and private projects that are not in the Contractors’ Private area of the Central Oregon Builders Exchange website.Conditions:
1. Document clarity is dependent on the
condition of original source documents and is not guaranteed.
2. COBE does not warrant programs or job images to be free from defects or errors, known
or unknown, existent or latent.
3. COBE does not warrant software or services provided by others in any manner, nor does
COBE warrant that any services or images be guaranteed for any purpose.
